At Câlinou Mama, customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number before sending the item back. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
